When reporting an issue
Include the app version, your iPhone model, your iOS version, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots are also helpful when relevant.
Troubleshooting
- Make sure your iPhone is running a supported iOS version for the current release.
- If the widget is not updating, open LastTime once and check that the widget is still added to your Home Screen.
- If app icon badges are not showing, open LastTime, then check notification permissions in iPhone Settings.
- If you restored a backup, verify that you selected the correct backup file and let the app finish loading.
